In the first part and the second part of the series, I have attempted to make the case that our culture has a concerning deficiency in ethics and morality (henceforth morality will refer to both), and this deficit negatively impacts many areas of our society including the financially driven practice of medicine. Because abortion is such a complex topic that touches on the core of life itself, it provides an excellent perspective for cutting to the essence of the fundamental decisions that guide our lives.
